Discussion on the one-step coking oven process technology of activated carbon equipment
In April 2024, our company, together with experts in the field of activated carbon equipment preparation in professional colleges, jointly formulated the technological route of "one-step coke oven".
The equipment of the "one-step coke oven" is built with multiple layers and various refractory bricks, and consists of the following parts from top to bottom: raw material bin, carbonization section system, activation section system, physical cooling system, and then connected to the rear: cooler, elevator, bin, linear vibrating screen and other deep processing systems.
Different from the traditional activated carbon production equipment furnace body, the "one-step coke oven" is an integrated carbonization and activation furnace, with stronger steam permeability and better product indicators. This furnace body is a new structure.
This technical discussion meeting lasted for two days, and finally determined the furnace body structure, brick selection, masonry division details, PLC automation system construction and other processes. The project is scheduled to be officially implemented in the middle of 2024.
